Hi Weems Family, To be included in the Bulk patch order, print out the form
but send it and your check to Kay Mohmers , 112 Dale Ave, Collinsville IL
62234. Once I have atleast 50 patches to order I will send it into Town Hall
as one order.
Same thing for the merit badges.
